IT businesses across Thunder Bay are outraged by the continued infringement of the City owned Thunder Bay Telephone company on the core service offerings of small business computer dealers and consultants.
"How are we supposed to compete" against Goliath when in the last 2 years they have muscled into fields like local area wireless deployments, security system installations, backup solutions, local network management, deskside support, etc.
Worst part is our phone and data service fees are subsidizing the competition!
No longer is Thunder Bay Telephone viewed as an Telecom Infrastructure partner for leveraging combined solutions. Today we are encouraging our customers to try competitor services and to use small business solutions made and maintained by small business.
